Rina Pandalai is a financial services leader with over 30 years of broad and deep experience in consumer and commercial banking including retail banking, personal wealth management, credit cards, payments, P&C insurance and Life&Annuity insurance. She leads organizations through end-to-end Digital Business Transformations, Marketing Modernizations, and Modern Product Management evolutions. All of these require holistically connecting and executing a set of customer-centric business strategies, leveraging design thinking, service design, journey mapping, martech, CX, voice of the customer and segmentation. This is all with a view to transforming how experiences and customer journeys are redesigned to impact both operational efficiency and net new growth.

She is also a proven CX-led Growth and Innovation executive that helps organizations identify growth strategies in their core business inclusive of designing and testing new value propositions in market, scaling digital distribution and driving commercial growth.
